How does the customization process work?
Choose 10, 12, or 15 cm, place your order, and upload the required front photo. Our artist prepares a preview for your approval before production begins.
What photos should I upload?
A clear front photo is required. Side, rear and top views are recommended; close-ups of distinctive markings are optional.
Can I request revisions?
Any revision limits and scope are confirmed before production. Production begins after you approve the preview.
How long does production take?
We confirm preview, production, and delivery timing for your order before work begins.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to supported destinations worldwide. Available delivery options and any location-specific information will be shown during checkout.
What happens if my sculpture arrives damaged?
Contact us promptly with photos of the parcel and sculpture. We will review the case under the Shipping and Refund & Cancellation policies.
Can I customize more than one pet?
