How does the customization process work?
Choose a 10, 12, or 15 cm sculpture, place your order, and upload the required front photo. Your artist prepares a digital preview for your approval before production begins.
What photos should I upload?
A clear front photo is required. Side, rear, and top views are recommended; close-ups of distinctive markings are optional.
Can I request revisions?
Any revision limits and scope are confirmed before production. Production begins after you approve the preview.
How long does production take?
We confirm preview, production, and delivery timing for your order before work begins.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to supported international destinations. We confirm the available delivery arrangements and destination-specific information for your order.
What happens if my sculpture arrives damaged?
