EATS: Whole 30 Week 4 – What I Ate and When

I recently completed my fourth week of Whole 30! I’ve continued with documenting my food via Instagram, although I missed a few days. Oops! Check out what I ate on my fourth week of Whole 30. Just like the past few weeks, I ate easy and simple meals. You can also see that, like I explained in my Introduction Post, my meals are easy to make with a protein and sides of vegetables or fruit.
